Oya Geron

Oya began her career in sales at Procter & Gamble, then specialised in brand, communication, and customer experience strategies, working with leading brands across sectors for nearly a decade. She served as Customer Experience Strategist at Turkcell and Customer Experience Manager at HSBC UK, experiencing firsthand how transformation is designed and implemented within large organisations.
In 2023, she founded Reshape Change Experience Design, continuing her work in the United Kingdom. She works with senior executives and leadership teams to help organisations position generative AI not merely as an individual productivity tool, but as a strategic transformation domain that redefines the way of working between humans and technology. To date, she has worked with over 4,000 professionals, from high-potential talent to C-level leaders.
What distinguishes Oya is that she approaches artificial intelligence not simply as a technology or productivity issue, but as a socio-technical transformation domain that reveals human assumptions, decision-making patterns, and leadership reflexes. She focuses not on what AI “does,” but on the mode of thinking and production it creates when working alongside humans — defining this through the co-intelligence framework.
Deepening this perspective academically, Oya is one of only 65 people worldwide accepted into the University of Cambridge's MSt in AI Ethics and Society (2025–2027) at Homerton College. She is a CAITL™ Certified AI Transformation Leader, a CCMP™ Certified Change Management Professional, and a graduate of Cornell University's Women's Entrepreneurship Programme. She writes for Inc. Magazine, speaks at international conferences, and shares a human-centred transformation perspective with over 70,000 people on social media.
